Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold, nothing added at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then take 5–11 days in transit. Plan on one to two weeks from order to doorstep. Pieces are made in limited runs and ship direct, which is what keeps the range priced where it is — the trade is that it is not next-day.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. It tracks the parcel until it reaches the United States; the final domestic leg is not always scanned, so tracking can look stalled for a few days near the end even though the parcel is moving. If it has been quiet for more than a week, tell us and we'll chase it.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want a piece from Drop 001, contact us before ordering.

If something goes wrong

Parcel late, tracking stalled past the window above, or arrived damaged? Reply to your order confirmation and we'll sort it. Don't wait it out.
