How do I know which size to pick?
Most of the range is one size, free size or adjustable — the caps have adjustable backs and the beanies stretch. Where a size is listed as M, it fits an average adult head. Each product page states its size under the colour options.
What's the difference between the Rue '89 and the New York cap?
Same six-panel body, different front. The Rue '89 is two-tone — cream crown, contrast brim, 1989 embroidered across the front — and comes in three colourways. The New York is a single solid colour with NEW YORK, N.Y. stitched in a collegiate serif, and comes in seven. Both have adjustable backs.
When will my order ship?
Orders leave within two business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it does.
Can I return something?
Yes — unworn, with tags, within 30 days. Reply to your order confirmation to start a return.
Will sold-out colourways come back?
Not always. Drops are produced in limited runs, and some colourways are made once. Join the drop list if you want the heads-up before the next one goes live.
How should I look after these?
Spot clean and air dry. Structured caps lose their shape in a machine, and the knits — especially the Tangled — will not thank you for a tumble dryer.
