Unworn, with tags, within 30 days of delivery. Reply to your order confirmation to start a return.

What we can accept

• Unworn, with original tags attached
• Within 30 days of the delivery date
• In a condition we could reasonably sell again

Headwear sits against the face and hair, so anything showing wear, makeup or scent can't be resold and can't be accepted. Please try it on somewhere clean.

Exchanges

Want a different colourway or style? Say so when you start the return and we'll reserve the replacement while yours is on its way back, subject to stock.

Faulty items

If something arrives faulty, the 30-day window doesn't apply in the usual way — contact us with a photo and we'll make it right.

Note: the distressed brim on the Revival Newsboy and the exposed yarn on the Tangled Knit are intentional design features, not faults.
